2. WiTechPedia Proprietary Assets

While our community text is open-source, certain elements of the website are the exclusive property of WiTechPedia and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. These include, but are not limited to:

  • The WiTechPedia name, logos, and specific brand color schemes.
  • Custom graphics, website design, layout, and UI elements.
  • Portfolio case studies, client project showcases, and proprietary content related to our professional digital services (e.g., Website Development, SEO Management, Graphic Design).

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute these proprietary assets without our express written permission.

3. Guidelines for Contributors

When submitting or editing articles on WiTechPedia, you agree to the following rules regarding intellectual property:

  • You will only upload content, text, or images that you have written/created yourself, or that are clearly in the public domain, or licensed under terms compatible with CC BY-SA 4.0.
  • You will not copy and paste text directly from other copyrighted websites, books, or publications without permission.
  • You will properly attribute third-party images or media if required by their respective licenses.

4. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof, and you believe that any content hosted on WiTechPedia infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or applicable local copyright laws.

Please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

  2. Identification of the content that has been removed and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
