Refund & Cancellation Policy

At WiTechPedia, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services, including Website Development, SEO Management, Social Media Management, Ads Management, and Graphic Design. Because our services require dedicated time, specialized expertise, and customized strategy, our refund and cancellation policies are structured to reflect the non-returnable nature of digital labor.

1. Website Development Projects

  • Deposits: All web development projects require a non-refundable upfront deposit (typically 50%) to secure your place in our queue and initiate the planning and design phase.
  • Milestone Payments: Projects are divided into milestones. Once a milestone is approved and paid for, that payment is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations: If you choose to cancel a project before completion, you will be billed for the pro-rated hourly work completed up to the date of cancellation. If the deposit covers the completed work, no further payment is required, but the deposit remains non-refundable.

2. Recurring Services (SEO, Social Media & Ads Management)

  • Billing Cycle: These services are typically billed on a monthly retainer basis.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel a recurring service at any time; however, we require a 30-day written notice prior to your next billing cycle.
  • Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations. Because SEO and digital advertising are long-term strategies subject to third-party algorithm changes (e.g., Google, Meta), we cannot guarantee specific ranking outcomes or traffic numbers, and past retainer payments are non-refundable.
  • Ad Spend: Any budget allocated directly to ad networks (like Google Ads or Facebook Ads) is entirely non-refundable by WiTechPedia.

3. Graphic Design Services

  • Revisions: Design services include a pre-agreed number of revisions.
  • Final Delivery: Once the final design files have been approved and delivered, the project is considered complete, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Cancellations: If a design project is canceled mid-process, you will be billed for the time spent up to that point.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial refund or account credit if we fail to deliver a project completely due to internal unforeseen circumstances.
